Who we are

Djinda Sports aims to create a culturally safe environment for its athletes to thrive on and off the field. We work closely with athletes to support them with the day-to-day requirements of playing sport at an elite level and also with their off-field passions, whether that be in education, business or within the community.

Our Founder and CEO, Jayden Gerrand, a proud Whadjuk Noongar man, created Djinda Sports as a way to combine his passions of business, sport and culture to ensure that all athletes - no matter their skin colour, orientation, culture or background – can thrive in the elite sporting industry.

Djinda in Noongar language means star, and we felt a connection to it when naming this business as ultimately our goal for all athletes we work with is that they feel empowered to be extraordinary on and off the field – to be stars for their generation.
